Immune-Boost Morning Broth
(with Beef/Chicken/Lamb Bone Broth)

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup KOR beef/chicken/lamb bone broth (240ml)
• 1 slice fresh ginger (peeled)
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Pinch of turmeric
• Black pepper to taste
STEPS:
1. Warm the beef/chicken/lamb broth gently in a small pot.
2. Add ginger and turmeric, simmer 2–3 minutes.
3. Remove ginger, stir in lemon juice, and finish with black pepper.
4. Sip warm as a daily immune ritual.
